What you can expect
Auf deiner Agenda stehen die Vorplanung von gebuchten Containern unter Einhaltung etwaiger Gefahrgutvorschriften sowie die Zuweisung und Disposition der Container an den Fuhrpark (Subunternehmer). Darüber hinaus kombinierst du Importaufträge mit passenden Exportaufträgen. Bei Transporthindernissen (Staus etc.) stimmst du dich intern ab und gibst alle Informationen an den Kunden weiter – gegebenenfalls gehört auch die Nachpflege von Dossiers bei Abweichungen (Multistopp, Wartezeiten etc.) dazu. Das Überprüfen von Subunternehmern in Bezug auf vereinbarte Standards wissen wir bei dir ebenfalls in den besten Händen, ebenso wie die Prüfung, Abrechnung und Weitergabe von Transportdokumenten. Mit einem geschulten Blick für Details führst du Statistiken sowie das Meldewesen und berechnest externe Unternehmerkosten.
What you bring
Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
Erste Erfahrungen in der Disposition, Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Containerverkehre wären von Vorteil
Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit Transportmanagementsystemen
Sorgfältiger, präziser, flexibler, besonnener und absolut kundenorientierter Arbeitsstil.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
