What you can expect
- Du unterstützt den Leiter des vertikalen Marktes bei der Umsetzung der VM-Strategie und fungierst als Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder.
- Du trägst zum Umsatzwachstum bei, indem Du integrierte Supply-Chain-Lösungen für internationale Kunden entwickelst.
- Du baust enge Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern auf und sorgst für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit.
- Du koordinierst und leitest Projekte während der Ausschreibungsphasen auf internationaler und regionaler Ebene.
- Du qualifizierst Geschäftsmöglichkeiten in den Zielmärkten und bewertest deren Umsatzpotenzial, Rentabilität und Ausrichtung auf die Unternehmensstrategie.
What you bring
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik oder eines verwandten Fachs – idealerweise mit einem Masterabschluss.
- Du verfügst über 1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder Unternehmensberatung.
- Du bringst fundierte Projektmanagementkenntnisse mit und verstehst die gesamte Supply Chain – insbesondere im Vertical Market eRetail, Fashion & Consumer – ganzheitlich.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen in der Mode- und FMCG-Branche sammeln.
- Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen es Dir, Dich souverän auf allen Ebenen eines Unternehmens zu bewegen.
- Du fühlst Dich in einem Remote-Team wohl und arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und vernetzt.
- Du beherrschst Business-Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Außerdem bist Du sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen wie Word, Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook.
- Motivation und der Wille zum Erfolg zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du lernst schnell und eignest Dir neue Informationen, Tools und Prozesse zügig an.
- Du verfügst über ein starkes Zeitmanagement und weißt, wie man Prioritäten richtig setzt.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
