What you can expect
- Zu ihrem Tagesgeschäft gehören der Einkauf und die Disposition von Fahrzeugen - inklusive des Zusammenstellens von Touren mehrere Ladungen und der Erstellung von Dispoplänen.
- Neben der Laderaum-Akquise am Frachtmarkt kümmern Sie sich auch um die Erstellung von Angeboten und Transportlösungskonzepten.
- Mit einem geschulten Blick für Details wickeln Sie eingehende Aufträge ab - von der Erfassung über die Kontrolle der Abholung und Zustellung bis hin zur Abrechnung.
- Sie sind ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und Unternehmer, mit denen sie eng und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeiten.
- Nicht zuletzt sind Sie verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der internen und externen Qualitätsanforderungen.
What you bring
- Ihre Basis stellt idealerweise eine erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung dar, beispielsweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Zudem bringen Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der LKW-Disposition und bereits bestehende Unternehmerkontakte mit.
- Sie verfügen über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Als zuverlässiger und durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer zeichnen Sie sich durch Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick aus.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
