Unser Multi-User-Standort in Hörselberg-Hainich gehört mit spannenden Innovationen, wie einem vollautomatisierten Shuttlesystem, zu den modernsten Warehousing Solutions Niederlassungen. Mit dem Ziel, ein gutes Tagesziel hinsichtlich der Qualität unserer Dienstleistung zu erreichen und damit vor allem unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter zufriedenzustellen, stellst du als gewerbliche Teamleitung das operative Tagesgeschäft sicher.
- Als Teamleitung steuerst und kontrollierst du eigenverantwortlich das operative Tagesgeschäft.
- Dabei übernimmst du die fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der gewerblichen Mitarbeiter in deinem Team und arbeitest den Schichtplan aus.
- Unsere Arbeitsphilosophie gründet auf einem familiären Umgang. Du hast immer ein offenes Ohr und findest passende Lösungen.
- Mithilfe interner und externer Schulungen entwickelst du deine Führungskompetenzen gezielt weiter.
What you bring
- In der Logistik fühlst du dich wohl und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Führungserfahrungen sammeln.
- Darüber hinaus kennst du dich mit MS Office aus und konntest vielleicht schon mit einem Lagerverwaltungssystem arbeiten.
- Du kommunizierst stets auf Augenhöhe und bringst deine Motivation auch an deine Kollegen rüber.
- Die Arbeit in einem regelmäßigen Schichtmodell mit Früh- und Spätschicht ist für dich problemlos möglich.

Recruitment Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
