What you can expect
Estamos buscando un/a Trainee en Administración y Finanzas altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición está diseñada para proporcionar una experiencia práctica y una comprensión profunda de las operaciones financieras y administrativas de nuestra empresa. El/La candidato/a ideal será un/a recién graduado/a o estudiante de los últimos semestres de carreras relacionadas con Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o afines.

Responsabilidades:
- Asistir en la preparación y análisis de estados financieros.
- Colaborar en la elaboración de presupuestos y pronósticos financieros.
- Participar en la gestión de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
- Apoyar en la realización de auditorías internas y externas.
- Contribuir en la implementación de políticas y procedimientos financieros.
- Realizar tareas administrativas generales, como la gestión de archivos y la coordinación de reuniones.
- Participar en proyectos especiales y tareas asignadas por el supervisor.
Requisitos:
- Recién graduado o estudiante de los últimos semestres de Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
- Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad y finanzas.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con datos numéricos.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Proactividad y disposición para aprender.
- Manejo de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
