What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die Bedarfsplanung über SAP S/4HANA und passt Lieferabrufe eigenständig und strategiekonform an.
- Du steuerst interne Abteilungen, behältst Engpässe im Blick und setzt gezielte Prioritäten.
- Du bist regelmäßig im Austausch mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten, um Produktionsvolumen optimal zu koordinieren.
- Du entwickelst und bewachst proaktiv Kennzahlen, erkennst Abweichungen und leitest die richtigen Maßnahmen ab.
What you bring
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Speditionskaufmann / -frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung – idealerweise im Bereich Automotive- oder Zuliefererumfeld und gute Kenntnisse in Materialwirtschaft und Disposition.
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, idealerweise mit S/4HANA.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, Polnisch ist ein Plus.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und den Willen, Dinge aktiv zu gestalten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
