What you can expect
Zur Sicherheit der Qualität nehmen Sie unsere Prozesse auf und verantworten das Monitoring anhand relevanter Kennzahlungen und Unternehmensziele.
Daraus leiten Sie Strategien zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse ab.
Als Ansprechpartner für Qualitätsfragen stehen Sie extern wie intern jederzeit zur Seite.
Bei Audits (egal ob extern oder intern) verantworten Sie die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung.
Zudem erstellen, überarbeiten und kommunizieren Sie Dokumente, wie Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen oder Maßnahmenpläne.
What you bring
Sie haben mindestens eine kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung (gerne auch ein Studium) mit Ausbildung oder im Qualitätsmanagement.
Sie besitzen umfassendes Wissen in den gängigen QM-Normen (DIN EN ISO 9001, DIN EN ISO 50001, SQAS usw.)
Wenn Sie Erfahrung im Bahnbereich (Normen: ECM, SMS) haben oder interner Auditor sind, ist dies von Vorteil.
Für den Job ist Genauigkeit gefragt - Sie machen keine halben Sachen und schauen lieber zweimal hin, bevor Sie etwas übersehen.
Ebenso überzeugen Sie mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnissen in Englisch.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
