What you can expect
- Steuerung und Koordination von multimodalen Großprojekten mit Fokus auf die nachhaltige Transformation von Hafen- und Terminalstandorten
- Leitung von IT-gestützten Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung logistischer Prozesse
- Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Investitionssteuerung und CO₂-Optimierung im Rahmen strategischer Projekte
- Einführung innovativer Technologien innerhalb der 3PL-Branche
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene
- Durchführung klassischer Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. Wasserfall)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Teams, Excel und Word
What you bring
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandten Fachrichtungen
- Idealerweise erste Praxiserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis für IT-Systeme und digitale Tools
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Transformation und Digitalisierung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigenverantwortung und strukturiertes Arbeiten in komplexen Projektumfeldern
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
