What you can expect
- Du agierst als verlässliche Schnittstelle zur Geschäftsleitung und bringst dich aktiv in operative sowie kaufmännische Themen ein.
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung strategischer Projekte – von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung – und behältst dabei stets den Überblick.
- Informationen werden von dir zielgerichtet aufbereitet, in Präsentationen anschaulich dargestellt und in präzisen Protokollen festgehalten.
- Du sorgst für eine professionelle Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings – ob intern oder im direkten Austausch mit Kunden.
- Auch im Bereich Monatsabschluss, Budgetplanung sowie bei Kundenkalkulationen leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik.
- Idealerweise bringst du vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessmanagement, Digitalisierung und eine hohe IT-Affinität mit.
- Mit analytischem Weitblick und einer schnellen, präzisen Auffassungsgabe gelingt es dir, auch komplexe Sachverhalte zügig zu durchdringen.
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen runden dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
