What you can expect
En Rhenus estamos buscando a un/a Procesador/a de Datos para proyecto en departamento de Recursos Humanos gestionando implementación de módulos de sistema digital de Recursos Humanos Workday y para mejorar la calidad de los datos de sistema de presencia (gestión de vacaciones, ausencias, tiempos, etc.). Las tareas principales:
- Gestión de datos en Excel relacionados con proyecto Workday.
- Gestión de datos en el propio programa Workday.
- Gestión datos Excel vinculados a programa Visualtime.
- Gestión directa del programa Visualtime relacionado con presencia (vacaciones, tiempos, ausencias, etc.)
- Otras tareas afines.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
