What you can expect
- Als Teil unseres Teams kümmerst Du Dich um Anfragen, Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Kunden, die Du durch eine nachhaltige Kundenbetreuung an unser Unternehmen bindest.
- Zudem stellst Du die Terminabstimmung mit unseren Kunden unter Berücksichtigung anderer Aufträge sicher.
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner wickelst Du die Kundenaufträge ab und sorgst dadurch für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards.
- Eingehende Reklamationen schrecken Dich nicht ab, sondern wecken Deinen Ehrgeiz, die bestmögliche Lösung für den Kunden zu finden.
- Auch bei der Rechnungserstellung können wir auf Dich zählen, ebenso wie beim Reporting der Ergebnisse.
What you bring
- Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Speditions- bzw. Logistikbereich. Ebenso sind erste Erfahrungen in der Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil.
- Der Umgang mit den gängigsten MS Office-Programmen gehört zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag und Du verstehst es, Tabellen logisch aufzubauen und diese zu bearbeiten.
- Du hast Freude daran, Kunden kompetent zur Seite zu stehen und beweist Gespür bei der Lösung von Problemen.
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und bist bereit, diese auch anzuwenden.
- Außerdem bringst Du Dich gerne engagiert ein und verbesserst durch praktische Anpassungen unsere internen Abläufe.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
