What you can expect
Du bist für die operative Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsendungen im Export sowie Crosstrade zuständig.
Die Kommunikation mit Kunden, Agenten und Lieferanten liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben runden deine Tätigkeit ab.
Du erstellst Rechnungen an Kunden und Partner und kontrollierst die genauen Kosten sowie Margen der erbrachten Leistungen.
Deine Priorität liegt in einer langfristigen und partnerschaftlichen Kundenbeziehung.

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Luftfrachtspedition.
Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, verfügst über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und überzeugst durch deinen proaktiven, selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsstil.
Du besitzt eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und lebst tagtäglich eine hohe Kundenorientierung vor.
Du beherrschst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen (Französisch) sind von Vorteil.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
