What you can expect
- Tatkräftig unterstützt Du uns bei der täglichen Tourenerstellung für die Endkundenbelieferung.
- Du verantwortest die Vor- und Nachbesprechung der Touren und suchst stets nach Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
- Dabei bist Du der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kraftfahrer und Subunternehmer.
- Durch die Übernahme der Termin- und Qualitätsüberwachung sowie der kaufmännischen Bürotätigkeiten stellst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Weiterhin bist Du zuständig für die Überwachung der Touren, die Kontrolle der Fahrzeuge sowie die telefonische Kunden-Avisierung.
What you bring
- Deine Basis stellt eine erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung dar, beispielsweise zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Dabei ist fundierte Berufserfahrung als Disponent wünschenswert.
- Du verfügst über gute regionale und geografische Kenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
- Außerdem bringst Du eine hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mit und behältst auch in turbulenten Zeiten den Überblick.
- Nicht zuletzt bist Du bereit, im wechselnden Schichtdienst (Früh- und Spätschicht) zu arbeiten.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
