What you can expect
- In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die kosten- und ergebnisoptimale Disposition unseres Nahverkehrs.
- Sie koordinieren pünktliche Abholungen sowie Zustellungen und überwachen Transportaufträge.
- Ebenso steuern, organisieren und optimieren Sie den Fuhrpark.
- Des Weiteren sind Sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, Partner und Fahrer, mit denen Sie eng und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeiten.
- Außerdem stellen Sie die termingerechte Zustellung gemäß internen Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsprozessen sicher. Ebenso sind Sie mitverantwortlich für den Einkauf, die Planung und Steuerung unser Subunternehmer.
What you bring
- Ihre Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zur/zum Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Disposition von Nahverkehr ist wünschenswert.
- Mit gesetzlichen Sozialvorschriften (Lenk-/Ruhe-/Schichtzeiten) sind Sie bestens vertraut – genau wie mit MS Office.
- Ferner punkten Sie mit Ihren umfassenden regionalen und geografischen Kenntnissen sowie Ihrer Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Nicht zuletzt überzeugen Sie uns als zuverlässiger und durchsetzungsfähiger Teamplayer, der mit Freude und Engagement jede Aufgabe meistert.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
