Job Description
What you can expect
• Prospecting and collecting information regarding new potential customers and establishing individual qualified target account list
• Ensure there is a substantial and qualified pipeline
• Arrangement a minimum of 10 visits per week to targeted customers
• Focus on the acquisition of new customers and business
• Concentrate on locally paid and controlled business
• Achieve set quarterly GP targets
• Preparation of quotations
• Provide shipping instructions to operations for newly acquired business
• Execute the integration process of new customers
• Ensure that all client related information is entered timely and completely in the SUGAR CRM system
• Sales Lead Management of in and outgoing sales leads within the SUGAR CRM. A minimum of 5 qualified sales leads per month shall be expected.
• Complaint management together with Customer Service and/or Operations
• Preparation and verification of sales related reports
• Handle other jobs as assigned by HOD and MD
What you bring
• Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain Management / Logistics or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in any field. (Logistics or International Trade is preferable)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, freight forwarding business or related fields
• Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point)
• Myanmar nationality
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality
• Self-motivated.
• Established contacts with potential clients
• Presentation skills
• Team player
• Ability to work independently
