  • Du unterstützt unsere Einheiten bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung ihrer Prozesse und Dokumente in unserem integrierten Managementsystem.
  • Du übernimmst technischen Toolsupport - insbesondere für unser Energiemanagementsystem - und bist zentrale Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund um die Anwendung.
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres integrierten Managementsystems mit.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Standorten zusammen, um einheitliche Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Anforderungen aus Normen wie ISO 9001 und 50001.

What you bring

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium und konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln.
  • Du bringst fundiertes Wissen im Bereich integrierter Managementsysteme mit, insbesondere tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der ISO 9001, idealerweise sind ISO 14001 und 50001 auch keine Fremdwörter für dich.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für Prozesse und deren Optimierung.
  • Du hast Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und bist kommunikativ sowie serviceorientiert.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
