- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Für Dich stehen unsere Kunden und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln im Fokus Deiner täglichen Arbeit.
- Zu Deinen persönlichen Stärken zählt, dass Du Dein Arbeitsumfeld eigenständig und punktgenau organisieren kannst.
- Als kommunikativer und kundenorientierter Teamplayer punktest Du mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen runden Dein Profil ab.
What you bring
- In Deiner Tätigkeit bist Du für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail zuständig.
- Als Mitarbeiter mit kaufmännischem Fokus übernimmst Du die Reklamationsabwicklung und stellen den telefonischen Kundenkontakt her.
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsabwicklung und gehst auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Kunde ein.
- Schlussendlich dokumentierst Du die Anliegen und Anfragen der Kunden in der Datenbank.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
