Gestalte die Supply Chains der Zukunft! Du bist analytisch, denkst strategisch und liebst es, komplexe Herausforderungen zu lösen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Als Supply Chain Engineer (w/m/d) bei Rhenus Logistics arbeitest du an innovativen Supply-Chain-Lösungen und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Logistikprozesse effizient und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.
- Du analysierst und optimierst globale Supply Chains und entwickelst durchdachte Netzwerkdesigns.
- Du begleitest Kundenprojekte von der ersten Analyse bis zur Umsetzung und bringst deine Ideen aktiv in Workshops und Beratungsprojekten ein.
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Supply-Chain-Konzepten und hilfst unseren Kunden, die besten Lösungen für ihre Herausforderungen zu finden.
- Du analysierst Ausschreibungen und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden.
What you bring
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 3 Jahre im Supply Chain Planning eines multinationalen Unternehmens oder im Tender Management oder Solution Design bei einem globalen Logistikdienstleister.
- Die Fähigkeit, sich in komplexe Kundenanforderungen hineinzudenken und passgenaue Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Analytisches Geschick, um Herausforderungen zu erkennen und deren Einfluss auf unsere Lösungen zu bewerten.
- Kommunikationsstärke – Du präsentierst deine Ideen souverän und arbeitest gerne mit internationalen Teams und Kunden.
- Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und eine Hands-on-Mentalität, mit der du Dinge vorantreibst.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 20%, je nach Projekt.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
