What you can expect
In deiner Rolle als Zolldeklarant (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die reibungslose Abwicklung sämtlicher Import- und Exportvorgänge.
Du erstellst eigenständig Zoll- und Versanddokumente, insbesondere unter Nutzung des Dakosy-Systems, und überwachst die Einhaltung zollrechtlicher Vorschriften sowie relevanter Außenwirtschafts- und Präferenzregelungen.
Der regelmäßige Austausch mit Zollbehörden, Speditionen und internen Abteilungen gehört ebenso zu deinem Arbeitsalltag wie die Pflege zollrelevanter Stammdaten und die Unterstützung bei Zollprüfungen und Audits.
What you bring
Dafür bringst du idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und verfügst bereits über praktische Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung.
Du kennst dich mit elektronischen Zollsystem aus, arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert und hast ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Vorschriften und Abläufe.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
Wenn du außerdem ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mitbringst, passt du perfekt in unser Team.
