What you can expect
• In Ihrer Rolle als (Junior) Transport Manager betreiben Sie ein umfassendes, proaktives Datenmanagement entlang der Lieferkette. Sie analysieren, bewerten und steuern anhand von Datenreports, KPI-Auswertungen und Analysen bestehende und neue Projekte.
• Gemeinsam im Team planen Sie effiziente Inbound - und Outbound - Transporte für neue Projekte – immer auf der fortlaufenden Suche nach Möglichkeiten zur Kostensenkung und Prozesseffizienzsteigerung.
• Ebenso begleiten und erstellen Sie Transportausschreibungen auf globaler Ebene, die Verhandlung mit Speditionen und die aktive Ausschreibung von SPOT-Markt - Beauftragungen.
• Im Bedarfsfall und als Unterstützung unserer Produktionsstandorte übernehmen Sie auch mal das Reklamations- und Eskalationsmanagement in der Disposition mit unseren Speditionen.
What you bring
• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistik – Dienstleistung oder sind Studienabsolvent mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transport, Dispo und Spedition – gern im Bereich der Automobilindustrie.
• Für die Arbeit mit großen Datenmengen und Auswertungen haben Sie profunde
Excelkenntnisse (Pivot, S-Verweis) und diese ggf. bereits im beruflichen Umfeld unter Beweis gestellt.
• Die Arbeit mit großen Datenmengen, die Ausgestaltung von Datenreports und KPI - Analysen bereitet Ihnen große Freude und Sie haben zudem Lust, die Ergebnisse ansprechend aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
