What you can expect
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur QHSE, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Politique QHSE :
- Déploie la politique QHSE du groupe au niveau du site
- Met en place les plans d’actions QHSE liés à l’amélioration continue
Normes :
- S’assure du maintien des certifications ISO du site
Audits :
- Réalise des audits internes
- Suit les KPIs QHSE du site
- Participe aux réunions du site notamment liées à la partie opérationnelle
Management transversal :
- Participe à des projets QHSE nationaux
- Réalise des briefings et des sensibilisations auprès des équipes opérationnelles
Satisfaction client :
- Assure le contact QHSE vis-à-vis du client
- Pilote les réunions / visites avec le client sur les aspects QHSE
- Suit les plans d’actions avec le management du site
Vos missions seront réparties équitablement entre le siège de Vaulx-Milieu et les sites de Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, à raison de 50 % pour chacun.
What you bring
Formation Bac+5 dans le domaine de la QHSE
Expérience d'un ou deux ans sur des fonctions similaires
Forte appétence pour la RSE
La maîtrise de l'anglais serait un plus

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
