What you can expect
- Leitung des Fachbereiches Verkehrsplanung für operative und strategische Planung, sowie Steuerung und Kontrolle der Fahr-, Umlauf- und Dienstplanung in Zusammenarbeit und enger Abstimmung mit dem Teamleiter.
- Ergebnisorientierte Bearbeitung von Projekten.
- Identifizieren und Bewertung von Optimierungspotenzialen innerhalb der Fahr-, Dienst- und Umlaufplanung.
- Bereitstellen der Grundlagen für die strategische Planung des Unternehmens im Leistungsangebot.
- Übertragung der strategischen Ziele in die Fahr-, Umlauf- und Dienstplanung.
- Koordination und Automatisierung termingebundener und umfangreicher Planungsabläufe unter Identifizierung wesentlicher Ergebnispotenziale.

- Über eine ausgewiesene Expertise im ÖPNV und im Bereich der Verkehrsplanung verfügen.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Teil-Organisationen haben.
- bereit sind, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Entscheidungen zu initiieren und kooperativ umzusetzen.
- die Fähigkeit zur Analyse wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge besitzen.
