👀 Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a Business Application Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and make things better - every single day. If you enjoy solving problems, making processes more efficient, and working with both people and systems, then this is your next step.
This role is especially suitable for someone with 1–2 years of experience in ERP or IT-related roles, and who wants to deepen their expertise in financial and logistics applications.
Previous experience in logistics is a bonus, not a must - we’ll help you learn.
🧠 What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and improve ERP systems (mainly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Translate business needs (especially from Finance and Logistics) into IT solutions.
Help users by analyzing issues, resolving errors, or escalating to technical partners.
Work on system integrations, reporting needs, and functional improvements.
Collaborate with developers from other applications, stakeholders, and project managers on system changes.
Play a key role in process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
What you bring
✅ What You Bring:
HBO working/thinking level, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or similar.
1–2 years of experience with ERP systems (Business Central is a big plus!).
A good understanding of finance and/or logistics processes.
Interest in technical topics (e.g., can read error messages or basic code).
Strong communication skills - you can talk to both business and IT.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Recruitment Process
Online application

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
