What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Functional Controlling und Reporting.
- In Deiner Rolle als Manager Financial Controlling unterstützt Du sowohl die operativen Einheiten als auch die kaufmännischen Service-Dienstleister.
- Du schaffst Transparenz über die Functional Costs und stellst die Umsetzung gruppenweiter Reporting-Konzepte sicher.
- Der Budgetprozess sowie ein kontinuierliches Kostenmanagement mit der Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Beim Monatsabschluss der Servicegesellschaften wirkst Du aktiv mit.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Senior Management.
- Mit Deinen Ideen und Impulsen treibst Du Prozessverbesserungen voran und gestaltest Transformationsprojekte aktiv mit.
- Ein Einstieg ist ab dem 01.05.2025 möglich – alternativ freuen wir uns auch über Bewerbungen, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt starten möchten.
What you bring
- Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling von mittelständischen oder größeren Unternehmen – alternativ in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung.
- Dein Profil zeichnet sich durch ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine starke Umsetzungsorientierung aus.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist flexibel und überzeugst durch eine klare, respektvolle Kommunikation auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
- Mit SAP und Excel gehst Du souverän um; auch die Erstellung professioneller Präsentationen gehört für Dich zum Alltag. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit BI-Tools (z. B. Cognos TM1 oder Power BI) sind von Vorteil.
- Ein eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
