What you can expect
- Von Anfang an bist Du aktiv im Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und realisierst zusammen mit Deinen Teammitgliedern übergreifende Projekte im Road Network Management.
- Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung und Konzeption von Netzwerkstrategien für das europäische Stückgutnetzwerk der Rhenus Road Freight Division mit und begleitest hierbei die Implementierung.
- Du stellst die Transparenz über unser Netzwerk sicher, indem du als Experte für unseren Control Tower fungierst und täglich vertrauensvoll mit den beteiligten Stakeholdern kommunizierst. Hierbei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kollegen im Service Center zusammen und wendest neuartige KI-Lösungen an.
- Die Vorbereitung und Validierung von strategischen Kennzahlen gehören zu Deinen verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben und dienen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für strategische Anpassungen im Netzwerk.
What you bring
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im speditionellen Bereich.
- Idealerweise bringst Du erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Transport und Logistik mit, die Du im Rahmen Deiner Ausbildung, Deines Studiums, Praktika oder Vergleichbarem sammeln konntest.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Zahlenaffinität aus und hast Interesse an Datenanalysen, hierbei wendest du Deine fundierten Excel-Kenntnisse an.
- Als flexibler Teamplayer punktest Du mit einem hohen Maß an konzeptioneller Stärke, einem kühlen Kopf in jeder Lage und Verständnis für Prozesse und Qualität.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen es Dir Deine Standpunkte zu vertreten und professionell in einem internationalen Umfeld zu argumentieren.
