What you can expect
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer eignungsdiagnostischen Verfahren und Talent-Management-Prozesse.
- Dabei begleitest du Assessments und Potenzialanalysen von der Vorbereitung bis zur Nachbereitung.
- Du hilfst bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender PE-Instrumente, z. B. durch die Auswahl passender Persönlichkeitsverfahren.
- Gemeinsam mit uns treibst du strategische Talent-Management-Projekte voran und unterstützt die Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprogrammen für Fach- und Führungskräfte.
- Du recherchierst aktuelle HR-Trends und Best Practices in der Talentförderung und bringst neue Ideen ein.
- Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig: Von der Planung und Vorbereitung von Workshops und Trainings bis hin zur Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement und der Koordination externer Dienstleister.
What you bring
- Du bist an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert und studierst Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Talent Management oder der Eignungsdiagnostik bringst du mit
- Du begeisterst dich für strategische Personalentwicklung und eignungsdiagnostische Methoden.
- Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Gespür für Menschen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint & Excel.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
