What you can expect

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Commercial(e) pour rejoindre notre entreprise spécialisée dans les services douaniers. Rattaché(e) à la Direction France, vous serez en charge du développement et de la gestion d'un portefeuille clients stratégique sur l'ensemble du territoire français.

Missions principales :

Gestion de comptes stratégiques

  • Fidéliser et développer un portefeuille de clients grands comptes.
  • Assurer un suivi régulier et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.
  • Renforcer les relations avec les décideurs et interlocuteurs clés.

Cross-selling et optimisation des services

  • Identifier et proposer des services complémentaires aux clients existants.
  • Travailler en synergie avec les différentes entités du Groupe.
  • Analyser les opportunités de développement et structurer une approche commerciale efficace.

Développement commercial

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel sur le marché national.
  • Conduire des négociations commerciales et établir des propositions adaptées.
  • Participer à des salons et événements professionnels pour promouvoir nos services.

What you bring

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée dans le secteur de la douane, et avez une première approche de la gestion de comptes stratégiques et développement commercial
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation, d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Autonomie, proactivité et forte orientation résultats.
  • Anglais courant requis
  • Mobilité nationale (déplacements fréquents)

Recruitment Process
