What you’ll be doing
As Talent Acquisition Specialist LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet the strategic and operational needs of Rhenus Air & Ocean. This key position is integral to the success of our organization, aiming to build and sustain a high-performing workforce across diverse markets within LATAM. - Strategic Workforce Planning: Co-develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives and growth plans for the LATAM region. The role involves forecasting and addressing current and future talent needs.
- Attracting Top Talent: Lead full-cycle recruitment processes to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates. Implement innovative sourcing techniques and establish a strong employer brand to position Rhenus Air & Ocean as an employer of choice in the competitive LATAM talent landscape.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand their talent requirements. Provide strategic guidance on recruitment best practices, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Market Insight and Adaptation: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and changes in labour dynamics within the LATAM region. Utilize this insight to adapt and optimize recruitment strategies, ensuring Rhenus Air & Ocean remains agile and responsive to evolving talent landscapes.
- Enhancing Employer Brand: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance and promote Rhenus Air Ocean's employer brand in LATAM. Develop and maintain a positive online presence through various channels, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Regularly assess and report on OKRs to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes.
What you bring
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role, with a focus on international recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of LATAM labour laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using /implementing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
