What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die fristgerechte Abrechnung der Versorgungsbezieher und verwaltest Direktversicherungen.
- Du bearbeitest und wickelst Hinterbliebenenansprüche ab.
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung und betrieblichen Altersvorsorge.
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Stammdaten im Abrechnungssystem Paisy.
- Du steuerst und verantwortest die pensionsrückstellungsrelevanten Daten in Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsmathematikern.
- Du forderst und verwaltest UVA-Bescheinigungen.
What you bring
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich betriebliche Altersvorsorge oder Entgeltabrechnung.
- Deutsch beherrschst Du sicher, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind von Vorteil.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Abrechnungssystemen wie Paisy.
- Analytisches Denken und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du bist kommunikativ und serviceorientiert.
- Quereinsteiger sind willkommen – eine spezifische Ausbildung oder ein Studium ist nicht erforderlich.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
