Job Description

What you can expect

  • Support Oceania sales in production of QBR reporting packs off the back of data provided from the business. Focus would be to use existing templates to produce graphical reporting to meet customer needs, along with providing support to enhance the outputs to a more professional view for the customers.
  • Work with the sales team to develop these packs in advance of the deadline, along with managing iterations within the planning stages as the customer expectations of quarterly trading could require.
  • 2-4x QBRs are in place already only.
  • Support the sales team on other customer related KPI reporting presentation.
  • Coordination and distribution of Market Intelligence
  • Support Oceania sales team in management of their KPI targets in CRM tool
  • In utilising their logins, input data provided via email into the CRM tool, including but not limited to; visit reports, contact sheets, pipeline input, ensuring data is accurate and chasing up the team if insufficient data is not provided in the first instance. Creation of an email template will support this, but will need to be organically adjusted as required.
  • Work with the sales team on meeting their KPI targets:
    • Contact reports entered
    • Pipeline accuracy
    • Overall visit report volumes
  • Work with the sales team to ensure all data remains within date range, including pipeline opportunities and expiring closing dates. Number of passes to overseas offices, ensuring that if the KPI is not being met they are reminded of this with a cc to the sales manager
  • Support the HOS and senior management to pull accurate data from the CRM tool to help support meetings and discussions
  • Train to be the Oceania CRM superuser.

What you bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding
  • Proven experience in a sales support, analyst or administration role
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent writing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
