Do zespołu Dystrybucji Krajowej poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Specjalisty ds. Kontroli Operacyjnej. Jeśli masz doświadczenie w transporcie, logistyce, a do tego jesteś osobą analityczną, ta oferta jest właśnie dla Ciebie!
Co będziesz robić?
- Nadzorować i analizować procesy operacyjne w dziale Dystrybucji Krajowej.
- Dbać o poprawność działania systemów: SENT, COD oraz ADR.
- Realizować działania windykacyjne w systemie Speed.
- Budować historię płatniczą klientów w systemie Speed.
- Wspierać projekty doskonalące procesy operacyjne.
What you bring
Kogo szukamy?
- Masz doświadczenie na stanowisku spedytora lub w pokrewnych rolach, w tym w organizacji transportu drobnicowego.
- Znasz dobrze systemy TMS i MS Excel, w tym umiesz pisać makra.
- Interesujesz się analizą procesów operacyjnych i chcesz rozwijać swoje umiejętności w tym zakresie.
- Znasz język angielski na poziomie B1 lub wyższym.
- Masz wykształcenie średnie lub jesteś w trakcie studiów (preferowane kierunki: Transport, Spedycja, Logistyka).
Dodatkowe atuty:
- Znajomość procesów logistycznych, takich jak transport drobnicowy czy magazyn cross-dock.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
