What you can expect
- Sie unterstützen in operativer Tätigkeit das Team der Kanal- und Rheinbefrachtung im Bereich Projekte, Massen- und Stückgüter
- Neben der aktiven Disposition der eigenen Schiffseinheiten, stehen Sie im engen Austausch mit den in- und ausländischen Kollegen und sind Bestandteil der aktiven Befrachtung
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner erarbeiten Sie neue Transportlösungen und -konzepte, erstellen Kalkulationen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und verhandeln selbstständig neue Konditionen
- Nicht zuletzt betreuen Sie Ihre eigene Flotte auf den europäischen Wasserstraßen und agieren in einem spannenden, stets wechselndem Marktumfeld für unsere Kunden mit eigenen Schiffseinheiten, sowie Partikulieren
- Die administrative Erfassung von Schiffsreisedaten und Kundenverträgen obliegt Ihnen.
What you bring
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Logistik und sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office, sowie gängigen IT-Systemen
- Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Logistik (vorzugsweise Binnenschifffahrt) ist wünschenswert
- Persönlich punkten Sie mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke und Organisationstalent.
- Als engagierter, flexibler und zuverlässiger Teamplayer überzeugen Sie mit einer klaren Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
- Niederländische und/oder englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wären eine wertvolle Ergänzung.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
