What you can expect
- Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly, and verify the accuracy of the information on the invoices.
- Documentation Management: Maintain updated records of transactions and related documents.
- Payment Tracking: Follow up on received payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the billing team.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing-related issues.
What you bring
- Availability for a temp position (maternity cover).
- Administration University degree or similar is a plus (not mandatory).
- Field or related area (optional).
- Previous experience in related roles.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google suites, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
