- Organisationsprofi gesucht: Ob strategische Projekte oder administrative Aufgaben – Du unterstützt das Management dort, wo es drauf ankommt.
- Büroheld: Du hältst den Laden am Laufen und sorgst mit Deinem Organisationstalent für reibungslose Abläufe im Büroalltag.
- Kommunikationstalent: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Kontakte und stellst sicher, dass alle Infos zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind.
- Datenjongleur: Zahlen, Fakten und Dokumente bereitest Du gekonnt auf – von Präsentationen über Auswertungen bis hin zu Protokollen.
- Hands-on und mit Weitblick: Du packst sowohl bei operativen Aufgaben als auch bei strategischen Projekten mit an und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
What you bring
- Dein Background: Dein Studium, egal ob Bachelor oder Master, hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Dein Know-How: Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Logistik oder im technischen Dienstleistungssektor durch beispielsweise Praktika sammeln.
- Deine Skills: Du gehst routiniert mit MS Office sowie mit Kennzahlen um und überzeugst mit analytischem Weitblick und deiner Zahlenaffinität.
- Deine Arbeitsweise: Dank Deiner klar strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität packst Du auch operativ gerne selbst mit an und überzeugst dabei als aufgeschlossener, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer
- Deine Sprachkenntnisse: Last but not least bringst Du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und kommunizierst ebenso selbstbewusst auf Englisch.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
