What you can expect

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der operativen Abfertigung (FCL / LCL) unserer internationalen Seefrachtsendungen.

  • Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner arbeitest Du eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Kunden und Agenten im Ausland zusammen.

  • In diesem Rahmen bist Du für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamationen zuständig.

  • Ferner stellst Du die termingerechte Zollabwicklung sicher und sorgst für die Erstellung aller transportrelevanten Dokumente.

  • Die jederzeit kostenorientierte Abwicklung sowie die Abrechnung steht ebenfalls auf Deiner Agenda.

  • Deine Basis bildet eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.

  • Alternativ hast Du eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erlangt – in jedem Fall bringst Du Kenntnisse im Themenfeld Seefracht-Logistik mit.

  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und punktest mit gutem Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

  • Freunde beschreiben Dich als zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig.

  • Zudem überzeugst Du als selbstständiger Teamplayer mit einem effizienten Arbeitsstil und kaufmännischem Weitblick.

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
