Job Description
What you can expect
Sales Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate sales across Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Transportation services.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets set by the management.
- Identify potential customers and create opportunities to grow revenue in Vietnam.
- Conduct regular sales visits to existing clients and identify new revenue streams.
- Convert sales leads into successful deals by relentlessly pursuing opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service levels.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to align with company guidelines while maximizing profitability.
- Visit accounts regularly to validate service quality and explore opportunities for improvement.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of service contracts.
- Follow up on overdue payments in coordination with the Accounting Department.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales visits in the CRM system (SUGAR).
- Update the CRM daily with the latest customer details, leads, and progress.
- Report performance updates, feedback, and market trends to the General Manager.
- Support strategic planning and participate in tasks or projects assigned by the superior.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development in logistics or supply chain industries.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders positively.
- Effective workload management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
