What you can expect
- In deiner Rolle unterstützt du das Kredit- und Forderungsmanagement der Gruppe.
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Betreuung der Warenkreditversicherung, und du bist dabei der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Beteiligungen.
- Diese Betreuung umfasst die vertragliche Einbindung, die Beantragung von Versicherungslimits sowie die Erfüllung der Obliegenheiten bis hin zur Meldung von Schadensfällen.
- Im Rahmen verschiedener Projekte wirkst du an der Gestaltung und Verbesserung interner Prozesse sowie der Kreditrichtlinie mit. Darüber hinaus unterstützt du bei der Dokumentation der Konzepte.
- Du wirst in die Betreuung des Kreditmanagementsystems eingearbeitet und schulst Mitarbeiter. Zudem arbeitest du kontinuierlich daran, die Nutzung des Systems zu optimieren und die Berichterstattung zu verbessern.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Team bei der Qualitätssicherung von Stammdaten und sorgst für die Einhaltung der vordefinierten Qualitätsprozesse.

- Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise verfügst du ergänzend über erste Berufserfahrung.
- Zusätzlich punktest du mit einer exzellenten analytischen Vorgehensweise und der Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Aufgaben schnell sowie eigenständig zu lösen.
- Mit deinem strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil sowie absoluter Zuverlässigkeit, Gründlichkeit und Genauigkeit begeisterst du uns.
- Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, deine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und deine guten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift..
