What you can expect
- Verantwortungsvoll übernimmst Du sämtliche personal-administrative Prozesse, wie z.B. Vertragsanpassungen, Erstellung personalbezogener Schriftsätze und die Administration unseres Zeiterfassungsprogramms.
- Gekonnt sorgst Du gemeinsam mit unserem Ausbilder vor Ort für die Durchführung unserer strukturierten Berufsausbildung und bist auf regionalen Ausbildungsmessen unser Aushängeschild.
- Auch die Durchführung und Begleitung von kompetenzbasierten Feedbackgesprächen wissen wir bei Dir in guten Händen.
- Im Rahmen des Bewerbermanagements stimmst Du die Bedarfe mit den Fachabteilungen ab und begleitest den gesamten Recruitingprozess am Standort.
- Außerdem bist Du Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter des Standortes, berätst und betreust diese proaktiv in allen personalrelevanten Themen.
What you bring
- Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR.
- Zudem bringst Du einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
- Idealerweise hast Du Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherung und im Bescheinigungswesen.
- Du bist motiviert, engagiert und bringst Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick mit.
- Abschließend punktest Du mit souveränem Auftreten sowie einer empathischen und vertrauenswürdigen Persönlichkeit und einem ausgeprägten Kommunikationsgeschick über alle Zielgruppen hinweg.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
