What you can expect
- Von Tag eins an unterstützt Du Dein agiles Team und setzt eigenständig BI-Projekte um.
- Dazu analysierst Du bestehende Datenstrukturen und entwickelst Optimierungsstrategien für Performance und Effizienz.
- Darüber hinaus erstellst Du datengetriebene Lösungen und visualisierst Erkenntnisse in Power BI Dashboards.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Data Engineers und Fachabteilungen zusammen, um datenbasierte Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Mit Deinem Fachwissen begleitest Du strategische Projekte und entwickelst moderne BI-Architekturen in der Azure-Cloud.
- Du wirst Teil eines großartigen Teams in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld – flexible Arbeitszeiten im Homeoffice sind gelebte Praxis.
What you bring
- Idealerweise hast Du ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst 5 Jahre nachweisliche Berufserfahrung im Bereich BusinesIntelligence oder Data Engineering mit.
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL, PySpark und DAX und dem Azure Techstack (Data Factory, Synapse & Databricks).
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Datenmodellierung (Bronze, Silver, Gold) sowie der Implementierung effinzienter Data-Pipelines.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Power BI Dashboards und die Optimierung bestehender Reports sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer, der komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich für Fachabteilungen aufbereiten kann. Hierbei wird großer Wert auf die Anforderungsanalyse gelegt.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
