What you will do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the full order-to-cash process and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and their customers.
You will:
Process and manage customer orders in our systems
Monitor order progress, inventory, and delivery timelines
Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders
Proactively handle questions, issues, and requests
Coordinate closely with warehouse, transport, and finance teams
Ensure accurate invoicing and administrative processing
Track performance and contribute to continuous improvements
You’ll work closely with international clients, mainly in the medical sector, where quality and reliability are essential.

What you bring
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international setting and (important) takes ownership of their work.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Good administrative and organizational skills
Interest or experience in logistics and/or customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable working with systems (ERP, Excel)
Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus
