What you can expect

  • You hold full P&L accountability for the Danish organisation and actively steer profit, cost structure and cash generation.

  • The role centres on leading a clearly prioritised turnaround to restore profitability, operational stability and execution discipline.

  • You independently identify operational and commercial weaknesses, analyse root causes and translate insights into decisive action.

  • The customer and contract portfolio is actively reshaped to prioritise value contribution, economic discipline and risk control over volume or legacy.

  • You lead the organisation as a leader of leaders, setting clear expectations, measurable targets and strict accountability across the leadership team.

  • Governance, decision‑making and escalation frameworks are clearly defined, consistently applied and personally role‑modelled.

  • You represent the Danish business with clarity and credibility towards the customers, the Group Board and stakeholders.

What you bring

  • You bring several years of experience at Managing Director, Country Manager or Business Unit Head level with full P&L responsibility.

  • You have successfully led turnaround, restructuring or performance‑recovery situations under ongoing business conditions.

  • Your background includes deep operational exposure to warehousing, logistics or similarly operations‑intensive environments.

  • You demonstrate strong commercial judgment in contract logic, pricing, cost models, negotiations and risk management.

  • You take clear decisions under uncertainty and stand visibly behind outcomes and consequences.

  • Your leadership style is entrepreneurial, demanding and impact‑driven, focused on results rather than consensus.

  • You communicate confidently in Danish at C1 level and in English at executive level, operating comfortably in an international board environment.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
