Job Description

What you can expect

 

  • Responsible for Hardware (Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Switches, Routers) Maintenance. 
  • Responsible for Coordinating with hardware vendor for support about before & after sales service (Warranty period). 
  • Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune enrollment for all locations. 
  • Installation & up gradation of operating system and other Rhenus compliance software.
  • Trouble shoot/ Maintain networks (LAN/ WAN/ Internet consistency).
  • Assist “Manager IT” in Computer spares inventory management.
  • Training to users related to Office364 suites = OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Team etc. 
  • Virus and content filtering checking in system if reported issue.
  • Monitoring of LAN/ WAN consistency on Ping command.
  • Ensuring for effective Internet bandwidth usage in office and warehouses.
  • First level support on Rhenus application, or 3rd party software support etc.
  • Direct telephonic support for any I.T related issues pan India users.
  • Interact with local & regional vendors for repairing of accessories under warranty status or without warranty.  
  • Installation, up gradation, troubleshooting, implementation of all hardware and software.
  • Coordination with Global IT Team for Intune enrolment and escalation them when issue comes. 
  • 16. Network printer management for North WH’s and regional office and submitting Invoice (Rental + Running) bills torespective Account department. 
  • Support on WMS (JDA) for “Contract Logistics” users, whereas JDA use.
  • Support on premises WMS (Prolog)“Contract Logistics” users, whereas JDA use 

What you bring

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, cloud platforms, and system administration.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization tools and networking devices.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
