Job Description
What you can expect
As an HR IT Service Desk Officer at Rhenus, you will be an integral part of the Group People Technology Team, supporting and enhancing the use of our HR system, Workday. The role prefers 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar position, along with strong English language skills. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- System Support: Administer daily operations in Workday, including process handling, system access management, and system updates.
- Issue Resolution: Provide frontline support for system issues, resolving problems, investigating unexpected results, and addressing process flaws in collaboration with international HR colleagues.
- Data Integrity and Documentation: Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy, assist with data uploads into Workday, and maintain documentation such as business process workflows and user guides.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and perform data analysis tasks within Workday to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration and Training: Work with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and support the development of user procedures, training materials and knowledge databases for employees.

- Team player, who enjoys working in an international team and environment
- Strong English communication skills, equivalent to TOEIC score of 785 or above
- Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, English, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Service Desk, Shared Services, or a similar role preferred
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors) preferred
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
