Rhenus Conference is an annual event and it will be the third meeting dedicated to the logistics of modern sales channels.This time we want to talk about new technologies and their impact on the shape of modern logistics, about the changes that have occurred in post-pandemic online sales and the future that lies ahead.

Piotr Hoch

Strategic International Transition Director

He is an expert in the field of warehousing solutions design, sales director and top manager in international projects in Rhenus. During over 12 years in logistic industry he has gained experience in implementations of new logistics project, warehouse facility construction projects, integration of purchased entities and managing the change process in the European company.

 

Justyna Skorupska

Member of the Council of the Chamber of Electronic Economy

She is an e-commerce market expert. Member of the Council of the Chamber of Electronic Economy, in 2016-2018 Member of Councils of Digital Affairs. She has been operating on the IT and e-commerce market for over 20 years as an advisor, mentor and manager. Involved in the projects of digital transformation in Polish companies. She worked in the largest companies and corporations in the IT / Online industry, in which she developed her career through all levels of management.

Robert Błaszczyk

A graduate of law at the University of Warsaw, specialist in economic law and capital markets. MEN scholarship holder. Passionate about financial markets and new technologies. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry in the field of digital customer experience, sales and product development. He has been associated with the Cinkciarz.pl company since 2016. He coordinates business development in the field of currency exchange as well as global payments and e-commerce solutions.

 

Jacek Frydrych

A manager with a great passion for work. He has many years of experience in logistics for international e-commerce projects. He successfully relocated  businesses to Poland from abroad - mainly online stores with global reach. He managed projects  that grew from a minor operations  to distribution centers with over 1000 team members. Founder of the e-commerce cluster in West Pomeranian.

 

 

Rafał Browarski

He has many years of experience in the field of production and logistics which he gained in companies from the household appliances industry. Experienced in an implementation of new products, design of production streams, optimization of logistics processes and implementation of ERP systems. In Rhenus since 2016 where he is responsible for a dedicated logistic project for one of the leading brands in the world fashion industry.

 

 

Dennis Batenburg

He is a highly experienced manager in both IT and Finance areas. Associated with BI and data solutions since 1998. In Rheus for over 9 years where since 2017 is responsible for implementation and management of process mining projects,  data analytics and reportig for warehousing solutions within Europe.

 

 

 

Jakub Gierszyński

E‑commerce Director
Sephora Polska Sp. z o.o.

An experienced manager focusing on cooperation between business, technology and people for the effective change of the business environment. Responsible for the development of e-commerce and omnichannel strategy for Sephora in Poland and the Czech Republic. In previous years, he created and developed digital channels for Decathlon and Inter Cars S.A. Member of the GS1 Polska Council, lecturer, enthusiast of new technologies, active athlete. In the competition of the Chamber of Electronic Economy in 2020, he received the award of the Director of E-commerce of the Year.

 

Michał Grabia

Head of Department
The Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Logistics and Warehousing

Manager of the Center of Identification Technologies at the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing belonging to the Łukasiewicz Research Network, lecturer at the University of Logistics in Poznań and trainer in the field of identification technologies, Industry 4.0 and IoT. The author of many publications in specialist magazines and a member of many international organizations and working groups dealing with the development of new standards in the field of IoT technology, including RFID. He participated in research projects, both domestic and international. He is also a co-author of inventions and utility models related to identification technologies.

 

 

Jarosław Sokolnicki

Expert in digital transformation and Cloud Computing. He has been working at Microsoft for 16 years, where he is responsible for the Microsoft Technology Center. Creator of the concepts of the future for the retail industry. Expert in the application of New Technologies and Business Modeling. A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, SiMR faculty, he also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Koźminski University in Warsaw. PhD studies in Economics in the field of Management. Lecturer and member of the advisory board of the Warsaw University of Technology. Head of the New Technology for Omnichannel substantive group at the Chamber of Electronic Economy. A longtime engineer and trainer, he has been dealing with IT technologies in business for 20 years.

 

 

 

Damian Kołata

He has several years of professional experience in the field of logistics and e-commerce. A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, the University of Economics in Poznań and the Koźminski University in Warsaw. He started his career with purchasing and inventory management, later he also coordinated the cross-border movement of goods, including import and distribution logistics and customs procedures. Then he was responsible for the optimization of warehouse processes, the correlation of individual logistics operations and the reduction of their costs on the difficult and unpredictable Eastern European market. The originator of one of the first Ukrainian online stores also supported the opening of a distribution center for the largest European online fashion platform. He is a lecturer at postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Poznań, where he conducts classes in the field of process optimization and return management in e-commerce, and co-author of the e-business bible 3.0. He is passionate about logistics in the area of ​​E-Commerce.
