"At the same time, the value-added services of Rhenus Data Office as well as services of our affiliated companies in the field of mail delivery, interim staffing and digitalisation and archiving services will all be available to our new customers from a single source."
Rhenus Data Office is part of the document logistics company Rhenus Office Systems and services clients domestically and abroad. The corporate unit takes on both stationary as well as mobile destruction of documents and data media Germany-wide. Its services additionally include destruction of hard drives, complete office disposal, IT remarketing and document rescue.
Recall, with its headquarters in Atlanta in the US state of Georgia services about 80,000 customers in more than 20 countries.
Finalisation of the acquisition depends upon approval by the German antitrust authorities.
