Rhenus to Establish a Stronger Brand Identity in the Balkans

Ploče, Croatia - In a strategic move to enhance operations and customer service, Rhenus announces the merger and rebranding of its Croatian entities Log Adria d.o.o., Trans Integral d.o.o. and Rhenus Logistics d.o.o. Effective September 2nd, 2024, the newly formed entity will operate as Rhenus Logistics Croatia d.o.o.

The merger leverages the expertise and resources of the three companies to create a stronger and more robust logistics provider in the Croatian market and beyond. It will also strive to streamline processes, improve efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen the Rhenus brand in the region, ultimately benefiting businesses across various industries.

While aligning the newly formed entity with the Rhenus Group values, mission, visual identity and communication strategies, Rhenus Logistics Croatia d.o.o. remains committed to maintaining the high level of proficiency and professionalism customers and partners have come to expect and dedicated to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.

 

Rhenus Logistics Croatia d.o.o. will initially operate from its headquarters in Ploče, with plans to transition to Kukuljanovo pending approval from the Commercial Court. The company will run under the joint leadership of a board consisting of Davor Vučetić, Bojan Šefer and Mijo Šunjić.
