Leading global logistics provider Rhenus has partnered with intra-Asia shortsea specialist CNC to compensate outstanding carbon emissions for all FCL shipments arranged via the partner. This initiative has already started and is offered at no additional cost to the customers.
The partnership with CNC aims to provide customers with tools and options to understand and reduce their environmental footprint, as well as compensate on the remaining emissions. The diverse range of projects covers areas including forestry, renewable energies, and blue carbon. Projects available are compliant with environmental declaration ISO norms and are third-party verified. A transparent and documented framework for each project is available to companies upon request by the customers.

CNC currently offers over 60 services, and has a service network covering Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
