Delivery to point of use is our DNA.
But special times require special measures. After careful consideration, our management took the decision to adapt the services provided by Rhenus Home Delivery in Germany.
Amongst others, these measures were necessary to protect the customers, our employees as well as the general public. It is our joint responsibility to do our utmost to help slow down the spread of the Coronavirus. Already since March 18th, we commit ourselves to social distancing and zero contact deliveries. Shipments are delivered to the residential door, our teams do not enter the private rooms and customer signatures are not mandatory.
We are convinced that the measures taken ensure that we can continue, as best as possible, to fulfil the customers’ needs – today and in the future. At this point, we would like to thank our clients and their customers for their understanding and support.
However, the greatest thanks go to our employees! It is you who keep the business running despite the difficult circumstances. As Rhenus High Tech, we continue to monitor the situation surrounding the Coronavirus very closely and have successfully implemented far-reaching measures to protect our sites and our employees in particular.
In addition, we monitor and reassess the situation on a regular basis and, if necessary, adjust or extend the measures accordingly.
Unfortunately, the situation regarding the spread of the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and the resulting restrictions in Europe have improved, however they are still in place.
As Rhenus High Tech we are organised in such a way that we are able to maintain operations. The overall restrictions in European countries we operate in do vary and continue to change on a daily basis.
We clearly feel that our customers' efforts to remain able to deliver are increasing. However, due to the far-reaching measures taken by the governments and the authorities, the availability and the possibilities of successfully delivering high tech shipments to the recipients as planned and intended are still challenging.

Dear customers,
The operations and companies of Rhenus Port Logistics comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate.
Our locations are still open, the transport units by truck, rail, inland waterway and ocean-going vessel are fully operational, which enables us to continue working on the implementation of our customer orders within the current conditions.
To protect our employees, suppliers and deliverers - by rail, ship and truck - additional location-specific preventive measures are implemented.
The ports and thus the shipping traffic are part of the critical infrastructure, the functionality of which must be guaranteed. We are therefore able to provide our customers with alternative transport solutions and ensure the timely delivery of goods multimodally.
