I owe the uniqueness of working at Rhenus Home Delivery to a team that supports each other irrespective of the situation.

The most interesting and successful project was the creation of a customer hotline. I was responsible for training the people who have to answer questions relating to all clients in Poland.

The most difficult part of the project was selecting people with adequate resistance to stress, which was difficult to determine at the recruitment stage. Through this project, I learned how to properly delegate tasks to new employees and how to verify these.

For newly hired people, I recommend that they should not be afraid of working with the client and not be afraid of challenges.
