Unser Logistikstandort in Düsseldorf wächst und Sie werden Teil davon. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team sorgen Sie für reibungslose Abläufe im Lager. Dabei übernehmen Sie die Umsetzung und Überwachung der gesamten logistischen Prozesse und haben Ihre Mitarbeiter dabei stets im Blick. Durch Ihr kreatives und produktives Führen und Handeln wollen wir weiterhin erfolgreich bleiben.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie zuständig für alle Lagerprozesse und sorgen dabei für reibunglose Abläufe.
Darüber hinaus liegt die Umsetzung sowie Überwachung von Optimierungen vorhandener Logistikstrukturen und -prozesse in Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
Neben der Koordination der Lagerabläufe mit Logistikdienstleistern übernehmen Sie die operative Kapazitätsplanung im Lager.
Zuverlässig gewährleisten Sie unter Einhaltung der gesetzlich geltenden Richtlinien sowie Qualitätskriterien die Arbeitssicherheit.
Nicht zuletzt sind Sie für die Personalführung und -planung verantwortlich.

Das bringen Sie mit

Ihre Basis stellt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik / Logistikmeister dar.
Ergänzend dazu konnten Sie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich sammeln.
Als verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams.
Zudem überzeugen Sie mit Ihren guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen und einer hohen Prozessorientierung.
Schlussendlich zeichnet Sie eine analytische und strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise aus, mit der Sie Prozesse effizient vorantreiben.
